Our ESP systems handle up to 25% gas volume fractions without additional equipment.
For more complicated cases we created the following solutions:

Multi-phase module compresses liquid-gas mixture to the volume and density required for ESP stable operation and disperses the flow, providing its homogenization. Multi-phase module utilizes the gas lifting effect and improves energy efficiency.
There are several options for multi-phase module:
- Corrosion-resistant
- Abrasion-resistant
- Low-adhesive
- Any combination of those

Gas separator is based on the centrifugal principle - it separates the gas bubbles, vents them to the well annulus and directs the fluid upwards into the pump.
This is a classic time-proven design with enhanced resistance to erosion and corrosion, that reduces wear rate down to 44%.
