High viscosity
High viscosity fluids (35 centistokes or higher) are relating to unconventional oil and are common to major Russian oil fields, where our ESPs operate.
Viscous oil affects ESP pump performance, and if not taken into consideration, ESP will work outside of its operating envelope, reducing production rates and causing economic losses.

After many laboratory tests and field experience our INP Hybrid pump system demonstrated less efficiency drop.
Its stages design and smooth surface do not cause significant friction loss.
Besides, when selecting ESP for specific oil well, we are basing not on the total head-and-rate ratio of the pump, but individually for each stage, because the liquid viscosity value tends to vary along the pump length.
