As production rates of your oil well decline, or the productivity of the oil well is dynamic/uncertain, complicated with high gas and solids, you do not need to change your downhole equipment and increase operating expenses or even switch out pumping units. 

Our wide-range submersible pump system adapts to changing oil well conditions and delivers stable operation. It provides operational flexibility over operating range that is up to 50% wider, as compared with standard ESPs. The new line covers flow range from 189 bpd to 5,283 bpd.

Operation in challenging environment

Improved stages design decreases impeller axial load, so lower hydraulic thrust extends operating capabilities in low flow conditions. Super wide vane openings and mixed-flow stages prevent pump plugging and handle high gas content or solids.

Longer run life

1.5 times longer service life due to advanced tungsten carbide bearings and pump semi-compression design that decrease vibrations, stage radial wear and allow ESP system to efficiently operate in a wider operating range.

“We chose the pump design without axial bearing on the pump shaft. So the thrust load is transmitted to protector’s bearing, which runs longer because it operates in clean oil and therefore, experiences less damaging factors, unlike the shaft bearing, that is surrounded with aggressive fluid. And here we don’t need any ultra-high load bearings for motor protector, our semi-compression pump design allows to use standard protector’s bearings, which is good for the system cost.”


Less power consumption

The Wide-range ESP performance showed less degradation compared to standard pumps in the long run. That optimizes power consumption and improves energy efficiency by 11%.
